A deep water 4.5 acre marina with four boat launches and 1 acre RV park. When the lake
level is low it is one of the few marinas on Lake Livingston that can launch boats. Beacon
Bay is on the deep end of the lake near Pine Island (a local attraction) and adjacent to the
best fishing and recreational areas of the lake. The Marina has a 24 hour, 7 day a week gas
system; boat launches; marina store/bait shop; 70 covered boat stalls w/lifts; 10 open boat
stalls for larger craft; 13 very large RV spaces with full hookups, 30 amp & 50 amp
Service,Water,Sewer,Cable TV and WI-FI and there is a full service Rest Room with
Shower for your convenience.
Lake Livingston has some of the best fishing in Texas with some of the most popular fish species including black bass, white bass, stripers, crappie, bream, blue catfish, flathead catfish, channel catfish and plenty of bait shad.
